When you have received the email with the return authorization number, print it and insert it in the package. In the same mail you will also find a pre-filled sheet with the shipping address, to be applied on the package.
\nProducts must be returned in their original packaging to ensure that they are not damaged during shipment. The package must be delivered to the courier.
