To buy on Flaviapadovan.com, you need to choose an item, select the size – the guide will help you choose the right one – and the quantity and add it to your cart. Before completing your purchase, you will need to log in, if you are already registered, or create your account: it will allow you to make the next purchases without having to enter your data again. You can also proceed with the quick checkout, in which case you will need to provide us with all the data necessary for shipping. Verify that all data is correct and proceed with the order: at the end of the procedure we will send you the confirmation email.

Shipments
Flavia Padovan ships to Italy and Europe.
Shipments to Italy are made by the courier GLS and cost € 10.00.
For Europe we use the UPS courier and shipments have a cost of € 25.00.
Returns and refunds
If the products do not satisfy you, you can ask for a refund or exchange.
Purchased items can be returned within 28 days from the delivery date.
To carry out the return procedure you must send an e-mail to info@flaviapadovan.com to obtain a return authorization number (RMA- Returns Merchandise Authorization). When you have received the email with the return authorization number, print it and insert it in the package. In the same mail you will also find a pre-filled sheet with the shipping address, to be applied on the package.
Products must be returned in their original packaging to ensure that they are not damaged during shipment. The package must be delivered to the courier.
We will send you a confirmation email for the receipt of the return and for the activation of the refund procedure.
After receiving the email in which we confirm receipt of the return, we will make the refund within 24 hours. Any delay in the refund may depend on the reference bank, credit card or PayPal account. The refund is made on the same credit or debit card used for payment.
The shipping costs are charged to Flavia Padovan if it is a change of size, otherwise they are charged to the customer.
